It might be possible that both issues i.e., the Crossplay support and missing HUD, will be fixed in a single patch but that is still based on our speculation. It is, however, unclear whether the developers are preparing a patch to fix the missing HUD issue or not. The aforementioned workaround might fix the missing HUD issue but it is recommended to try all the other workarounds from the video given below that involve tweaking in-game settings and more. Some enthusiastic users have come up with some workarounds that involve leaving back to the lobby and launching the game again from there. It is unclear as to what is causing this issue as the developers are yet to acknowledge the same. There are multiple reports of this issue where users have stated that the HUD does not appear while playing. However, one player will be logged out of the game eventually which is why the developers have recommended against this workaround.
